After a recent expedition to Antarctica, Amy Reed visited DCMS. Ms. Reed is a Geology Professor at Colgate University and teaches Oceanography. She has been visiting Antarctica for several decades. She studies Paleoclimate and shared her passion for the environment with students at DCMS. Of particular interest to the students was the topic of Climate Change. Ms. Reed talked about the implications of a warming planet, especially an ocean with less sea ice, to the island of Eleuthera. The students of DCMS thank you, Ms. Reed!
