At the Deep Creek Middle School (DCMS), we are dedicated to providing an inspirational, innovative, and engaging learning environment that promotes academic growth and responsible citizenship. With hands-on learning based at The Island School campus on the Cape, including the research institute, we are preparing students to be conscientious environmental stewards and future leaders of The Bahamas.

Admission Process

Thank you for your interest in The Island School’s Deep Creek Middle School. We’re excited to learn more about your child and family.

Families who applied will be contacted at the end of April to set up a campus visit. Please see the timeline below. Students and families must submit a completed application in order to be considered for enrollment at Deep Creek Middle School. A completed application includes the following materials:

Family Interview	We will contact you for a meeting after your application is completed
Acceptance Letters Available	May 15, 2026

All new students are required to attend a seven-day summer orientation program at the end of August. Please do not make holiday arrangements during this time, as your child must participate in this orientation.
